Additional Fees

$125.00 (due later) – You will also need to file an Initial List of Officers on or before the first day of the third month after the filing of the articles of incorporation. This fee is paid directly to the Secretary of State.

$125.00 – Federal Employer Identification Number

$125.00 – Resident Agent for service of Process / Annual Fee
